6.1 Stevens

Lots of new snow and great talk about the EU and Ireland with a John on the way home. Nice to be reminded that Europeans think our death penalty is appaling.

5.3 Snoqualmie West

Maybe the best day I've had at West. Lots of fresh snow, but bad visibility which lifted as we rode. Great fun goofing around.

3.1. Snoqualmie West

A quick morning ride. Slow but soft. Couldn't seem to turn all the way around on any spins from jumps, but could do it fine off of bumps. Someday I'll learn how to snowboard.

Red Mill before showing up to work at almost noon. Red Mill is good, but after eating In N' Out, it didn't taste as good as I remember it tasting.

last of the bad wall photos

Look, it gets dark early and I have a job that means I'm inside most of the day, and then I have stuff to do after work.
On Tuesday I gaurantee some good photos.

maybe this one

maybe I like this photo better. Both could be better - but I was reviewing images and.. maybe this one is better.

Season starts soon

At this point in the year there will be more snow pictures than anything else. Lots of photos from parking lots of mountains. Last night was tuning night, three boards waxed and tuned, ready to start riding this weekend.

oats

If you worked in a office and if you had been eating oatmeal for breakfast lately and while you were pouring the dry oatmeal from a little bag into a little cup and you knocked it over and some of it fell on the floor, what would you do?

It's not like there are vacuums sitting around here? It bugs me, and makes me feel silly that it's their, but I think leaving it is the only solution. Hopefully someone sees it tonight when they empty trash cans or do whatever they do. But really, I'm sure it will be the new calling card in my office. I wonder how long it will be there for?

Edit: The oats were cleaned up overnight, it was very nice. I thought it was going to be a long day of rolling on oats.

The grass is always greener with other lenses

12-24 borrowed from David, but due to rain there has been little shooting.

food?

I don't really like taking photos of food, but it was raining, and I liked the way this looked (read, I was lazy). It tasted better than it looks. Or at least the fish did, the mushrooms were too soggy. Should have reduced the sauce. ohwell.
