I was feeling good about the house, the front lawn looks good after getting it redone, the front deck is almost done, I planted fruit trees in the backyard and strawberies and all is well.
I ignored the leaking water in the basement for a bit, I thought it was just when I did laundry. I tried liquid plummer or whatever, then the other day I booked the plumber. They have been here since 9 am, and I think I'm now in over a thousand dollars and there is talk of breaking up cement. There are trhee trucks in the fornt yard. Good times.
I'm a lot less smug right now.
