I left the yoga studio after a long day. It was cold but dry and the air smelled like a bon fire. Classes were fun lots of energy and smiling. On the way home I ran into one of the few people I know on this country and talked with him for a bit. I'm smiling because I have good friends and a good life. I'm very thankful for it all.
